Thursday - Evening Classics, a special format developed especially for the riding Thursday.

Terje and TAC made this new format to show the variation and diversity in snowboarding.
The day will start of with training, and at 18.30 the evening classics competition will begin. There will be 16 qualified riders, battling for 12 000 EURO´s or 96 000 NOK.

The evening classics competition consits of three categories, where each rider gets two attempts to do his best. Only one run per category will count.

The three categories are:
Straight air
Upside downb
Flat spins

What is really new about this format is the handing out of the prizemoney.
A perfect trick in it´s category will pay 1000 NOK, but if the rider don´t stick the trick, the cash will pass on to the ”best trick bag”. This will go to the best trick in each category...
So, in other words, today all the riders has the opportunity to win at least
3000 NOK each..
