”Evening Classics”- Thursday
Today Terje Håkonsen introduced a new concept in snowboarding, and the ”Evening classics” took off in style!
The first part of today was qualification, where 24 riders fought for the 16 spots in the finals. Two heat with 12 riders in each, went down perfectly with stylish riding and good variation.
After a short dinnerbreak the 16 final riders where ready to earn some money! Flat spins, upside downs and straight airs were at the menu tonight, and I think the audience enjoyed their meal.
Awesome riding, feelgood music and the best arena ever made everybody look even more forward to Saturday, and the rest of the competition.
All the riders did their best, and we saw some kick ass riding. The tricks, the amplitude and the slams were absolutely first class, so everbody should get their butts up to Holmenkollen Saturday, to see the worlds best riders make history!!
